How does virtual try-on work?
Pick an eligible adult style, upload a front-facing photo and tick the consent box. The preview usually takes 15–40 seconds and appears in the product gallery with an AI-preview watermark. Your photo and the preview delete themselves within 24 hours, and try-on stays off for all kids’ styles. Slow queue? Leave your email and we will send the preview over.
Do you alter online purchases?
Yes — free, at the store, ready in about two days. Anything tailored, from anywhere in the catalogue.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
In Coimbatore only, with a ₹40 handling charge. Everywhere else we accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Visa, Mastercard, RuPay and net banking.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes — every price already includes GST, and a GST invoice is issued on request. Reply to your order receipt email or ask at the counter.
Do you deliver outside Tamil Nadu?
All of India, and NRIs ordering gifts for family back home are some of our steadiest customers — we pack those parcels a little more carefully.
