Rates and thresholds
Delivery is free across India on orders over ₹1,499. Below that, a flat ₹79 applies — one fee per order, however many pieces are in it.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders placed before 2pm leave our Gandhipuram store the same day. Parcels reach Coimbatore in a day, Tamil Nadu in two, and the rest of India in three to six days. An SMS with the courier tracking link goes out the moment the parcel is booked.
Walk-in pickup
Online orders can be picked up at 142, Cross Cut Road, Gandhipuram the same day — choose it at checkout and we will have the parcel (and the tailor, if you need one) ready.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available in Coimbatore only, with a ₹40 handling charge. UPI, cards and net banking work everywhere in India.
