Returns & exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, unworn and with tags intact. Festive zari pieces and sarees are checked at the counter before a refund is issued — that protects the next family on the rack too.

Most returns are really exchanges: a different size, a different shade. We ship the exchange free and collect the original at the door. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days; COD orders are refunded by UPI.

Altered garments cannot be returned — which is why we measure twice and pin once. Blouse pieces cut from sarees, and nighties washed even once, are final sale.
