What we collect, and why
To run the shop: your name, contact, address and order history. To run try-on previews: one photo per generation, treated as personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, with your written consent collected every time — a tick box on the product page, never a buried clause.
The 24-hour promise
Every try-on photo and every generated preview deletes automatically within 24 hours. They are never used to train a model and never shared beyond the inference call that generates the preview. Write to hello@styleshop.in or call +91 422 249 0000 and we delete them immediately — no questions, no forms.
Kids are excluded, by design
Try-on is switched off for the entire kids’ range and the API rejects any generation for a child’s product. We do not run facial processing on minors without verifiable parental consent.
Analytics and marketing
We measure anonymous shop events (page views, add-to-bag, purchases) with GA4. The festival newsletter is opt-in with a timestamp. Nothing is sold to anyone, ever — we are a textile shop, not a data business.
