Handloom texture you can feel
The slub is visible in the weave, which is how you know it is handloom. My son wore it to the Murugan temple and asked for it again the next week.

No bleed in the first wash
Washed the madder one separately, just in case. The water stayed clear — impressive at this price. Sleeves ran slightly long and were altered free at the store.

Good kurta, buttons need a firm hand
The wooden buttons look lovely but one came loose after a month; I stitched it back myself. Everything else has held through four washes.
